I began playing violin when I was 6 years old and it has been a wonderful journey since. I began my studies with the Suzuki Institute in Fort Wayne, Indiana. When I moved to Michigan, I began studying privately with the International Violin Competition gold medalist, Chenyi Avsharian. I have performed with the Bedford Community Orchestra, Tecumseh Pops Orchestra, Adrian Symphony Orchestra, Liberty University Symphony Orchestra, and the University of Michigan Youth Symphony. I was the first chair violinist for the Liberty University Quartet, Lenawee Christian School, and the Tecumseh Pops Orchestra. As a versatile violinist, I have performed with a variety of bluegrass groups and independent bands. In 2017, I received a Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University in Music, Sociology and Global Studies. I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Music Education from Columbia University.
